Returns & Refunds Policy.

1. Overview

Due to the nature of research compounds — which are perishable, temperature-sensitive, and subject to strict handling requirements — Atlas Compounds USA maintains a limited returns policy. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the terms set forth in this Returns Policy. All returns and refund requests are subject to review and approval at our sole discretion.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Given the nature of our products and the critical importance of chain-of-custody in research compound handling, we generally do not accept returns. The following circumstances do not qualify for return or refund:

• Change of mind after purchase, including no longer needing the product for your research;
• Products that have been opened, reconstituted, or otherwise handled after receipt;
• Products that were not stored according to the specified conditions upon receipt;
• Incorrect orders due to customer error;
• Orders where delivery was refused or packages were not retrieved from the carrier;
• Products purchased more than 7 days prior to the return request.

3. Eligible Refund Circumstances

We will issue a refund or replacement in the following circumstances, subject to verification:

Damaged in Transit: If your order arrives visibly damaged, you must (a) photograph the exterior packaging before opening, (b) photograph the damaged product, and (c) contact us within 48 hours of confirmed delivery with the photos and your order number. Failure to report within this window forfeits the claim.

Wrong Product Received: If you receive a product different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Non-Delivery: If your order has not arrived within 14 business days of the estimated delivery date and carrier tracking shows no movement, contact us to initiate a carrier investigation. If the package is confirmed lost, we will reship or refund at our discretion.

Purity Verification Dispute: If independent third-party HPLC analysis of an unopened vial from your order returns a purity result materially below the stated specification, contact us with a copy of the independent lab report. We will review and respond within 5 business days. We do not cover costs of independent testing.

4. Refund Process

To initiate a return or refund request, contact our support team at support@atlascompoundsusa.com with:

• Your order number;
• A description of the issue;
• Photographic evidence where applicable;
• Your preferred resolution (refund or replacement).

Upon approval of your refund request, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your card issuer or bank.

Replacement orders will be shipped within 2–3 business days of approval using the same shipping method as your original order.

5. Chargebacks and Disputes

We encourage customers to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with their card issuer. Most issues can be resolved quickly through our support team. Fraudulent chargebacks filed against valid orders may result in permanent account suspension and referral to appropriate legal authorities.

6. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled without penalty within 2 hours of placement, provided the order has not yet entered processing. To cancel, contact us immediately at support@atlascompoundsusa.com with your order number and "CANCEL" in the subject line. We cannot guarantee cancellation of orders already in processing or shipped.

7. Promo Codes and Discounts

Refunds on orders placed with promo codes will be calculated based on the actual amount paid after the discount was applied. Promo codes are non-refundable and cannot be reapplied after a return is processed.

8. Compliance Note

All returns, if approved, must be handled in compliance with applicable regulations regarding the transport of research compounds. We may require that approved returns be destroyed rather than shipped back, depending on the circumstances, and will provide written confirmation for your records.
