1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Atlas Compounds USA website (the "Site") or purchasing any products offered therein, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must not access the Site or purchase any products.

Atlas Compounds USA ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site following any such modification constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.

2. Eligibility and User Representations

By using this Site and purchasing products, you represent and warrant that:

• You are a licensed researcher, scientist, or qualified industry professional;
• You are purchasing products solely for legitimate in vitro laboratory research purposes;
• You have the legal authority to purchase research compounds in your jurisdiction;
• You will comply with all applicable federal, state, local, and international laws and regulations regarding the purchase, possession, handling, and use of research compounds;
• You will not use any product for human consumption, veterinary use, clinical trials, or any therapeutic purpose.

Misrepresentation of your qualifications or intended use constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination, order cancellation, and referral to appropriate authorities.

3. Research Use Only — Critical Notice

ALL PRODUCTS SOLD BY ATLAS COMPOUNDS USA ARE INTENDED EXCLUSIVELY FOR IN VITRO LABORATORY RESEARCH BY LICENSED RESEARCHERS AND QUALIFIED INDUSTRY PROFESSIONALS. THESE PRODUCTS:

• Are NOT intended for human consumption under any circumstances;
• Are NOT intended for veterinary use;
• Have NOT been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA);
• Are NOT approved for use in the diagnosis, treatment, cure, mitigation, or prevention of any disease or medical condition;
• Are NOT intended for clinical or therapeutic applications;
• May be hazardous if handled improperly.

Purchasers assume full and complete responsibility for compliance with all applicable laws and for the safe and proper handling, storage, and use of all purchased compounds. Atlas Compounds USA expressly disclaims all liability for any injury, damage, or legal consequence arising from misuse of its products.

4. Orders, Pricing, and Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance by Atlas Compounds USA. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to orders where we have reason to believe the purchaser does not meet our eligibility requirements.

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By submitting payment, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the total amount of your order, including any applicable taxes and shipping fees.

In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel your order and refund any payment received.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We ship exclusively within the United States. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery times vary by shipping method selected at checkout. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier.

It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the importation of the purchased products complies with all applicable federal, state, and local laws at the destination. Atlas Compounds USA is not responsible for orders seized, confiscated, or delayed by government authorities.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Atlas Compounds USA or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without our express written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ATLAS COMPOUNDS USA AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND SUPPLIERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE OR PRODUCTS, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SITE EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SPECIFIC PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Atlas Compounds USA and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and suppliers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, and fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms, your misuse of any product, or your violation of any applicable law.
