Shipping Policy.

1. Shipping Destinations

Atlas Compounds USA ships exclusively within the continental United States, Alaska, and Hawaii. We do not currently ship internationally. All orders must have a valid U.S. shipping address. P.O. boxes may not be accepted for all products.

It is the buyer's sole responsibility to ensure that the purchase and receipt of our products complies with all applicable federal, state, and local laws at the destination address. Atlas Compounds USA is not responsible for orders seized, confiscated, or delayed by government authorities.

2. Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Standard order processing time is 1–2 business days from the date of payment confirmation. During periods of high order volume, processing may take up to 3 business days.

You will receive an email confirmation immediately upon order placement. A second notification containing your tracking number will be sent once your order has been shipped.

Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST on a business day or on weekends and holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

3. Shipping Methods and Estimated Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options at checkout:

• Standard Shipping (Free on orders over $100): Estimated delivery 5–7 business days after shipment. Tracking provided.
• Express Shipping ($14.99): Estimated delivery 2–3 business days after shipment. Tracking provided.

Delivery estimates are provided by our shipping carriers and are not guaranteed. Atlas Compounds USA is not liable for delays caused by the carrier, weather events, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control.

4. Packaging and Handling

All products are shipped in discreet, professional packaging without identifying exterior markings indicating the nature of the contents. Products requiring cold storage (if applicable) are shipped with appropriate cold chain materials. Lyophilized powders are shipped at ambient temperature; upon receipt, store immediately according to the conditions specified on your product's Certificate of Analysis.

We take care to ensure all products are packaged securely to prevent damage during transit. If you receive a damaged shipment, please photograph the packaging before opening and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier's tracking page. You can also log into your account at any time to view your order status and tracking information.

Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after your order has been picked up by the carrier.

6. Failed Delivery and Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, refusal of delivery, or failure to retrieve the package from the carrier, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Re-shipment is subject to additional shipping fees. We are not responsible for packages returned due to customer error.

If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier but you have not received it, please first check with neighbors and in/around your delivery location. Then contact your local post office or carrier facility. If the package cannot be located, contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date.

7. Risk of Loss

Risk of loss and title for products purchased from Atlas Compounds USA pass to you upon delivery of the products to the carrier. We are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage that occurs after delivery to the carrier.

8. Compliance Notice

By placing an order, you affirm that you have verified the legality of receiving the ordered products in your jurisdiction. Atlas Compounds USA ships in good faith based on the representations made by the purchaser at the time of sale. We reserve the right to refuse shipment to any address where we have reason to believe local laws prohibit receipt of research compounds.
